Not load the Simple interface Web page

Please someone tell me what can i do to avoid the Simple interface Web page, I checked where I'm suppose to chek but an error tells me "can´t process that command in this window". It´s just an html page, i don´t want to load it every time I run Avast antivirus.  :'(
