I wanted to know what Avira and Avast! i got a lot questions about there engine was bitdefender,kaspersky,etc etc. So i wanna to be clear out what is their engines and a proof that is it true.

avast engine was developed by Alwil Software.

-= Maybe avast got related to BitDefender & Kaspersky due to G-Data since G-Data previously used Avast + Kaspersky engine but this year, they changed the combination to Avast + BitDefender engine.. But, I do not know about Avira..

I heard for Avira that they got Bitdefender engine so im not sure but well thank for your help.
