UNABLE to INSTALL setup_adnm_no_msde.exe

I am trying to install the newtork admin tool on a 2008 SBS server. The install crashes immediately unable to extract files. I have downloaded it multiple times with no results. Has anyone else seen this? I have opened multiple Support tickets with Avast with no response. Any help would be appreciated.

maybe the server u download the file from has a correct file

try downloading the file WITH msde, it doesnt mather for the installation since u will get the choice to use the MSDE or ur own SQL solution...  just the download size is bigger
