The VRDB generation will occur after first installing Avast, and can take well over an hour, plus maybe a restart. After the first generation, it will remain idle unless ordered by the user, and re-generate every 21 days.
It is not necessary to generate one yourself, unless you've just installed a service pack or something major like that. I usually set mine to generate when the computer is idle, and forget about it. My icons are merged.

That will be because you have the free version of MBAM, and if you wnat resident protection, you will need to purchase the program. Once you have done that, they will send (email) you a key, which will activate the resident protection.
Most of these sort of things work in a similar fashion.
Is this the picture you are seeing?

Of course there is a fee.
When you open the program, click on the "about" tab, (at the top right) then click "purchase", and your browser will open to the purchase page.
Or you could just use it as a demand scanner, not worry about the resident protection. Up to you.

SAS is exactly the same sort of situation; if you want resident protection you will need to purchase it.
Ccleaner is a useful file cleaner. (So is ATF cleaner, by Atribune.)

Up to you if you want the added resident protection of an antimalware application. Personally I'm quite happy with a firewall, Avast, and running a demand scanner once a month or thereabouts.
I also use Threatfire, a behaviour blocker, and, perhaps because my system and all software is kept very up to date (which limits the types of malware able to install on it) Threatfire has never alerted me to anything nasty.

I want to DL Ccleaner but When I go to their Home Page, It says that Page Load Error. :|
Threat fire is like 4x firewall? What are the benefits? Is It user friendly? D:

And I have a question about avast! again. :| I read some reviews from google and some stupid guy said that "but still it lacks heuristics features" Can you explain about this one? What does he mean :|

What is the URL you used for the homepage?
Threatfire is not a firewall.
It is, as I said, a behaviour blocker. I find it user friendly; some users do not, it depends on how much you learn about it, via the help files, or research about behaviour blocking generally.

Personally I think you need to learn more about what the various internet threats are, and how to protect yourself from them, rather than installing applications and hoping they will do the job.
Find out what you want to achieve, then find an application (or user procedure) that will provide for that.

Why do you ask this? Are you interested in studying stupidity?

You can find things on Google that says almost anything. Doesn't mean it's valid. And I'm not interested in following this line of discussion, unless you come up with a better source or reasoned argument.
