The who what now?  Never heard of it.

You can Google it, or wait a few minutes and there will be a reply telling you. :P

I'm trying to figure out whether you mean "software" or "hardware".

There is a "Windows Key" on your keyboard, if it's new enough.  I actually use it frequently.  There are many windows shortcuts that can be accessed using it.

Other than that, the only "windows button" that I can think of (software-wise) is the start menu.

I too use the button often. Only because I'm to lazy to drag the mouse ALL the way down to the Start button.

Well, those keys are not "Standard" keyboard keys.  They are manufacturer keys, that can be programed with software that accompanies the keyboard, or the computer itself.

However, yes, it should be a key on the keyboard. It's located once or twice on the keyboard on the bottom, close to the spacebar.

Things like Windows Key + Pause/break will bring up the system properties.  Windows Key + R will bring up a "Run" command window.  Windows Key + E will bring up a windows explorer window, and several others.

Don't know if that's what you mean by a, "windows Button" though.
