JS FakeAV-K[Trj] found on Vista site
« on: June 05, 2009, 02:29:03 PM »
I clicked on a site on a Google page and suddenly Avast is giving me a Trojan warning.  It did not give me the option to send to chest only to abort connection to keep from loading file.  I did that and switched to
my XP machine to type this message.  Am I ok?  Anything else I need to do?

I googled the above trojan and also searched on Avast forum but found nothing.

avast! blocked the Trojan so it couldn't get on your computer.

It was a fake anti-virus scam program.
