Wow. This looks like a bad virus that was about to get on my system.

And I don't know what I did.

The .part suffix at the end of the file shows that this was being downloaded by your browser or download manager, etc. as the .part means partial, e.g. the file (zuftdchl.exe) was being downloaded but hasn't been completely downloaded. So does that answer your question "And I don't know what I did," then ?

A google search on the file name returns zero hits which is also suspicious.
