Been several days now since IAVS has been updated is this normal ???

  They are probaly working on a program update. Dont worry they wont leave you open to attack

In the normal situation (i.e. when there is no virus outbreak, which is quite unusual recently) there are two regular updates a week - usually on Tuesday and Friday...
