How can I configure avast to automatically delete infected emails in outlook without prompting me Twice?

Try On-Access Protection Control-Click Outlook Exchange-Customize-Inbound mail.

Martik, you can only configurate automatic actions in avast Professional version... There are a lot of features for that as you can choose the sequence of the actions that should be take: repair <if fails then> move to Chest <if fails then> delete...

In Home version you can only set 'Silent mode' and the default answer 'No' in the Internet Mail provider or Outlook plugin. This will move the file to Chest automaticaly. This is the only posible automation.

My suggestion, try Pro version  ;)
