can someone help me please??

it just that im new to this and i paused my p2p in avast but dont know how to start it again!! ive looked through all the options but can't seem to find it??
ok im running avast 4.8 and i right clicked on the blue ball icon and it s got 'pause provider' and i clicked the p2p option by mistake...it has a 'resume provider' option but it is not highlighted so i can't turn it back on!!!

hello,
are you in avast 4 or 5 ? I guess 4... you're looking for the shields panel  ;D just click on the @ tray icon and that will open it  ;) ...from there click on detailed view to see all the shields, you'll see the p2p one, reactivate it from there. I suppose you deactivated it with a right click on the same icon in the task bar...

 Now if your on avast5 just open the main panel, and you'll see the p2p shield very quickly...see screen shot
