You are running a vulnerable level of Sun Java so go to Add/Remove programs and un-install all Sun Java installs:
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_03\bin\ssv.dll <== is down level and has security exposures.

Install the latest Sun Java:
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Run Secunia Online Software Inspector to see what other applications are vulnerable to infection:

-= Same here.. Everything seems fine.. But you can still enhance your protection by installing a firewall with outbound protection [XP's Firewall does not have the said feature].. Some common examples are:

(1) Online Armor
(2) PCTools
(3) Agnitum Outpost
Windows 7 (64-bit) Home Premium SP1
avast! 9 RC1
