With 750 million records sold, a mountain of awards and the most sold album of all time you have to have some respect for the guy. He had a profound influence on many musicians of today. Rest in peace Michael !!!

Michael Jackson's death themed malware campaigns spreading

The sudden death of Michael Jackson quickly opened a window of opportunity for cybercriminals to capitalize on.

Hi YoKenny and other malware fighters,

This is another of those irritating fake virusscanners.
This one is called MyComputerScanner and for the moment only a few vendors will detect this malware.
Here you can see what this piece of malcoded software is capable of doing to your precious Operational System:
http://anubis.iseclab.org/?action=result&task_id=116e0ff1eebdba5843d4a2a7b39155899&format=html

Again we can see that a spammer comes without balls and without a heart,
so remove everything that comes under this theme,

I guess I must be in the minority.

I respect the talents of the guy as a musician and I have the CDs.  Beyond that, he is dead ... he cannot be more dead today than he was yesterday.  The ongoing desire to probe into every aspect of his death, and now he is dead, his former life I find rather ghoulish.

May he be allowed to rest in peace ... though in honesty  ... I think that prayer may take years to be fulfilled and perhaps the malware writers will find this an ongoing profit line.

I loved his music from the very beginning with his brothers and now that he is gone-LET HIM REST IN PEACE :)

Lest we forget Farrah

In amongst all the Wacko-ness, let's not forget to remember the beautiful and talented Farrah Fawcett, who also died recently after a valiant fight with cancer. Here's a great clip of her in her prime, on the Partridge Family. Oh how I envy you Danny and Reuben!

LOS ANGELES–Michael Jackson's death has been ruled a homicide, a law enforcement official says, a finding that makes it more likely criminal charges will be filed against the doctor who was with the pop star when he died.
