Pc Anywhere problem

Hi, all, I'm running Windows XP Professional Edition with avast! 4.8 Professional Edition.
i want ask, is zzit avast professional having some function can block my pc anywhere??
because last times i used  Nod32 not have this problem. But now i install Avast and used Pc Anywhere to transfer data from wan or remote pc from wan, also cannot access.  :'( :'( :'(
now im unsure my pc anywhere is cause what problem!  :'( :'(

Which firewall do you use?
Can you use other programs without problems? (like your browser, mail program)
