 ??? what does this mean and do i delete it or move it to the chest im new to avest so please HELP

If you got infected by sasser, you broke one of the most important rules when it comes to keep a system safe. You did NOT get/installed ALL security patches/updates. Follow the 5 steps on this page (http://members.home.nl/edeijl/acred/cleaning.htm) to clean your system from harmfull stuff and secure your system a lot more than it is right now.

Sasser is a moderate risk trojan that takes advantage of an email security vulnerability.

This link gives a decent amount of info, and a free removal tool.
