Not receiving renewal license key

My home subscription is about to expire.  I've re-registered online three times to receive my renewal license key, but haven't received anything via e-mail yet.

I've checked my spam blocking, and it's not there.  What can I do?

Go to the SSL page version and register from there: https://secure.avast.com/scripts/register.php?lang=ENG
Can you check your email by webmail?
Do you have any other email that you could try?
