Automatic deleting of Emails

Every time a virus is detected  (Outlook 2003 / Win XP SP1a / latest Avast!), I have to manually confirm to delete. I have tried several options (like the ones at each provider), nothing helps.

Is there a way it does its job without prmpting me?

Only available in Professional version...
If you search the board you will find the only way of automation of Home version: send to Chest ('Silente Mode' and default answer 'No').
