slow on AVAST pro 4.8

ok so i got the pro 4.8 the other day. And I have noticed today that web pages are loading very slow. I have not modified anys ettings on AVAST yet as i do not know how. But i am wondering if i need to so i can connect to a page.

- Which OS are you using? Is it up to date?
- What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number?
- Do you use a firewall? Which one?
- Which is your browser?
- Do you have any other antivirus installed in your system?  Did you have in the past?
- Any other security programs that could interfere?
- Isn't it a trouble with your Internet Service Provider?

- Any other security programs that could interfere?----WINDOWS DEFENDER???
- Isn't it a trouble with your Internet Service Provider?-------NO I TURNED OFF AVAST AND ALL WENT WELL. I HAVE NOT EDITTED ANY SETTINGS ON AVAST IT IS AS IT WAS WHEN I DL IT.

Ok. Seems to be a problem with Firefox 3.5. Maybe updating to 3.5.1.

just used the remover.

FF is on 3.5?.lol im still on 3.0 will update and report back after a bit if it doesnt help. if it does ty.

btw are there anys ettings you recomend me using on the avast pro?

also is there a way to make that avast radio (sorry thing looks like a radio) pop up or do i always got to do the memory scan 1st?

ok updated to 3.5 and used avg remover. Time will tell. thanks.

Also if you want u can use Malwarebytes 1.39 Free like me and some of us. Its a powerfull anti malware with your Avast!,Windows Defender and Firewall its can be great.
