What are best websites where I can look for Free licenses and coupons for software?

You shouldn't have to look for free licenses for software, if it were freeware then there is no need. If it is paid for software then any free license is likely to be illegal/keygen/cracked and also likely to come with an uninvited guest in the form of malware.

Search for anythinf using the term free and you are also likely to find numerous dubious sites.

I was talking about promotions, nothing illegal, off course. Something I can download trough company webpage, with adding promotion code!!! For instance couple a days ago I purchased OA 2 yrs license for$25.
