Update error? can't get the newest version

Because on picture tell's more then a 1000 words, please check the attachment.

When updating using the ADM it gives the same engine version..


is this correct? the site says there is a newer version but when updating this is what is says..

there is a difference between the server edition and the net server/client managed client....

the AMS gives the latest version for the net client/server
