From what has been said so far it looks like it will be with the suite only, certainly to start with.
It at some point may be released as a stand alone firewall, but I believe that would be a paid option only. The reason I think that, is why give away two of the major elements of the suite (which you have to pay for) for free. That being the case there would be little incentive to buy the suite if everything was free, many say that the biggest competitor of avast! Pro is avast Home
