WIN9X msiexec.exe malware install

 ;D ;D ;D ;D ha ha ;D ;D ;D ;

M.S installer "msiexec.exe"....is this the only way  that application/software can install on win9x systems ??

by disabling the file "msiexec.exe"....or moving this file...will this prevent the install of all software ?

msiexec.exe is used only to install Microsoft Installer packages (.msi, .msp)
