accidently shut off web shield

I accidently shut off web shield and misclicked yes for it to persist. In a hurry and careless. How can I turn it back on ? Window Vista.

welcome to forums

dont worry. you can get it back:

1.) left click avast tray icon

2.) click on details button at the bottom of the menu

3.) click on web shield and click start.

4.) it'll ask whether to persist, click yes.

done.

restart and see if the webshield is on by clicking the tray icon.
