Good catch.

The JRE 6 Update 15  was pulled. Well, not really, it was never official.  That many have installed it is their problem.
It never was official and gave installation problems for many.

I always wait for the JRE at the Java developer site and this one never was there, only update 14.

I think that is absolutely true Addict.

Why can't Java build in an automatic update feature into their program?

It is really annoying having to uninstall the old version every time.

Could you please read the post and tell me where it says the download is ready, it says it has been removed and java is re leasing the update.

I posted an update in the update thread and i have downloaded it and installed it. (no problems)
It was from there deleloper site, where i have used before. It was pointed out about it not being availble on there main site, but developers site. i deleted it.

Thought i would post what is now goin on about.
But because the whole post was not read completely, if the moderator wants to remove as been requested, i will not be upset one iota.

As pete319 said.. the sun site tells that it'll be released on aug 4th.. no problem with pete.. he has posted nothing wrong..
