Not Able To Use Skype Phone - Browser Issues

Hello,

I am new to using Avast, and think that it could be conflicting with my Skype phone and Firefox.

I am ok to surf many pages in all three browsers, though the Firefox will now lag a bit. The VOIP is deplorable.

Can anyone tell me if I need to change particular Settings?

which firewall do you use?.

does it give any error when you use skype - what is it?
