Try running the following programs. With HijackThis, choose ' scan and save a logfile, copy / paste the log here.
Then run MBAM and SAS, and post their logs as well

http://filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/

http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/

http://filehippo.com/download_superantispyware/

Also clean your temp files with Ccleaner http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

Clean your temporary files. You can use CleanUp or CCleaner for that.

It will be good if you download, install, update and run MBAM.
If any infection is detected, better and safer is send the file to Quarantine than to simple delete them.
The best things in life are free.

First, can you go to virus total, and upload the following file, then post the results, icwsetup.exe in
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Connection Wizard\icwsetup.exe http://www.virustotal.com/

The following entry is bad F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe rundll32.exe tapi.nfo beforeglav

Wait for the results of the file first, before fixing.
