Avast! is spyware?

Hi all,
For some strange reason spyware be gone says that Avast 4\ENGLISH.Lang.dll is spyware  
Can someone help me??

Oh, again...? It's shame how poor these anti-spyware programs are.

Thanks you your reply, I just unstalled Spyware be gone beacause its costs to remove the spyware dectected.
