Can you please start a new topic in this forum.
In it you should state your OS, the name of any detection, the full name and path of the file detected, and the security applications you have running.
The system restore can normally be accessed from "control panel>system" and look at the system restore tab.
This only provides the settings, not a shortcut to the application, which can normally be found in C:\Windows\System32\Restore.
The file name is rstrui.exe.
I suggest you don't go playing around with it much until you get some info and advice in your new topic.
