Notice and Warning

When I went into Avast and clicked on the notice box, I got a long list of items in it. Can I delete them and also the same thing for the warning box. That said AAVM scanning warning. I don't have any viruses, so I don't know if Ishould delete what is in those boxes, or just leave them alone. Also I get a window that says can't scan and that's also a long list.

Hope somebody can help me

Thank you for answering. Can I delete them from my box, or should I just leave it alone.
