I would be careful with that site, not only are they breaching certain copyrights of Portableapps.com, but the photoshop portable (and others) they have is actually illegal:

Their copy of Firefox packaged portably is just as illegal as their pirated version of Photoshop. You can't repackage Firefox without specific permission/license from Mozilla (which we have). Other sites doing it without such a license are doing it illegally.
