Malwarebytes Question
« on: August 29, 2009, 11:57:03 PM »
I noticed when I scan individual folders with MBAM, it scans a lot less than avast! For example, I scanned my USB drive with avast! and it scanned over 65k files, while MBAM only scanned 578. Does MBAM not scan as thoroughly? Is there a way to make it?

I don't think there is a way to make it scan more file.Besides, just because it scanned less file, that doesn't make the scan "not through"

You might want to ask that question on their forum:

Check your settings to see which files are being scanned.
