Nec versa m400

I am trying to find a recovery disk for my nec versa m400 as a virus has infected everything and I didn't get one when i bought it

I took a look around the internet but found nothing. Have you tried contacting NEC to see if they have a solution for you?

Maybe someone else will have better luck than me.
