Control Password

After installing a network client I decided to change the control password.  I changed the control password on the group that the computer is in clicked on apply to group but the control password on the client did not change.  Is that by design, a bug, or am I missing something?

Well apply now doesn't have to work ideally (it still may take a bit time). The new "policies" (including the control password) should be applied during the next POP from the machine (verifiable in the Computer Catalog).
