How do I get an updated graphics card

Hi guys, I'm new. I saw a similar topic but i didn't get an answer off that one because everyone has a different graphics card (most of the time).

I'm trying to run the game ProjectPowder by outspark, and at first it didn't load all the way. It would always close itself out when loading. So i contacted the creators and i gave them my system data and they said i needed to update my graphics card or something along those lines. I was wondering if there was a way i could do this without buying anything new.

Found Under: Device Manager>Display Adapters> Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller  ::)

P.S. I'm not really much of a tech guy. I don't know many things about updating graphic cards o.o so if possible, step by step instructions would be nice  ;)

I believe you need to find out if the video is integrated on the motherboard and the type of additional video adapter socket the system has:
