I am getting this virus alert from avast.
9/26/2009 2:54:15 PM admin 1288 Sign of "HTML:Iframe-inf" has been found in "C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\History Index 2009-06-journal" file.
I have no ideal what to do next and wanted to know how I get rid of it..

Open Google Chrome and press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL and check all boxes, then on the drop down list, select Everything. Press Clear Browsing Data.
