Wow. OK, if you are sure they are referring to the exact same file, it should be OK.
Thing is, there is no reference to the file submitted (by name or MD5 etc) so, bit of a stretch mentally, perhaps, but their email could actually be referring to a different file. (Not too much of a stretch if you're a little paranoid.)
I take it back, but my comments (and others) are still valid, generally. You would not normally choose to run a file with that detection rate.
