I have used Superantispyware for a long time. Is it ok to run Avast and SAS?

jepp no problem, also recomended Malwarebytes Antimalware www.malwarebytes.org

is it real time or just on demand you are using
I use SAS professional paid version which is real time protection along with avast! of course and pctools threatfire and winpatrol plus for a long time and no problems or conflicts what so ever.....

I use SAS Pro with real time scanning.

SAS Pro is half price of MBAM Full, so I choose it.

I use MBAM as passive backup scanner.
