interesting, thanks for the link. The thing is most criminal websites are hosted on perfectly legit networks, not to mention that those same networks/ISP allow connections to prohibited web sites in many countries. There's gonna be a law pretty soon in France at least for this, i.e. holding the ISP's responsible in the first place for allowing connections to the worse sites involving children prostitution etc...for instance. I know, that's another topic, but not quite, as that's symptomatic too of ISP's ways in general.
