Response Time Support
« on: October 01, 2009, 07:55:50 AM »
Hello.
I found bug in avast (not detected the virus).
Reported this (28/09/2009)
  - on forum
  - on support@avast.com
  - on support.avast.com -> Submit a Ticket.
But until now, no there is no reaction from the avast team.
How long to wait?

November 1 support staff wrote to me that I have not updated the VPS, advised me to update. And then it lost again!
Is this normal?  :o ???
Now 3 more days to wait? Plus 2 non-working day (already passed). Total support services must answer 6 November (at best).
