Is there a way to move files that you suspect to be a virus that avast does not detect to the virus chest?

Sure, right click the Chest at the User files folder and choose Add, browse for the file and it's done  :)

I wish it takes some hours... but analysis of Alwil team is being improved and nowadays is not that fast.
Maybe one or two days, but if the infection is not in the wild and spreding quickly, it could take longer.

And when they are done inspecting it will they e-mail me back with the results.
Right now, I think not.
A lot of users ask for this feature, even an automatic answer could make the users happy  :-\
