Problem with install the Avast 4

I have the same problem with install the Avast 4 version in my system, before we had been the Avast pro 4.x  installed, but  due a one attack with virus, the system damage then We need to use only for clean the machine one copy of the home edition free, but not uninstalled and only re-install the new system with Avast pro 4.x and begin this error to appear.

Its possible to have the steps for solution this issue,
