Option to block Outlook 2K2 attachments

Greets,
Long time Avast user, but first time poster here.  In light if the current Zeus Trojan issues, I was wondering if there was a way to tell Avast's Outlook scanner to simply detect and delete ".exe" files.  Avast doesn't always detect the trojan on message downloading, and I have numerous home clients that simply refuse to not open everything that is sent to them.   I could use the MS recommended reg hack and block all ".zip" files, as that is how the Zeus executable is being packaged, but many clients need to receive zip files, just not ".exe" files.   I would prefer to have Avast scan into the zip, detect and remove any .exe file, if possible.  IIRC, when I was running an exchange server, Trend Micro's Exchange server suite had this option, and I was wondering if it is possible with Avast at this time.

Regards,

Gary
