AshWeb.exe - 100% load CPU!

I've got Avast! 4.8 HE (1356). Process AshWeb.exe load 100% CPU when I open directory with big files.
1.4GHz AMD Athlon;
768MB RAM;
160GB Disk;
Windows XP Professional SP3.

What's wrong?

The web Shield doesn't scan directories when you open them that is the task of the standard shield.

The web shield only scans HTTP traffic on port 80, so what were you doing on-line at the time ?

What other security software do you have installed ?
Have (or did) you another Anti-Virus installed in this system, if so what was it and how did you get rid of it ?
