Avast 5, WHEN
« on: December 09, 2009, 05:35:12 PM »
Can anyone from Avast tell us, (or give up an estimated date) when Avast 5 will be released?

You're welcome.

If this is a live system and not a test system then you have to be prepared for any beta associated issues. Beta testing on a security application isn't something to take lightly, whilst this beta is relatively stable there are still some issues.

Just look at my signature and it will tell you what version I'm using as my system is a live system ;D

Me I'm on no rush I tried the beta build earlier but reverted back to the standard version. However this is a decision only you can make as it depends on your acceptance of any risk associated with beta software.
