update avast new definition

Hi,

i have a few question need to ask.
yesterday i have download new Virus database update (VPS) from 3.12.2009 version: 091203-1.
but where i updated finished, My skype was avast as the virus had killed.
then i try another pc, and updated the latest VPS,  also got same problem.
then i have try download new skype and install it, but also given avast killed.
so is zzit, the latest VPS have bug?

sorry for what happened.

the problem was because of the 091203-0 update. so 091203-1 was issued as soon as possible. but the skype thing you are experiencing is because of 091203-0 update. you can actually restore the files which 091203-0 update had detected as virus but were false positives. you can read more about it here: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=51647.0
