BART for the home User
« on: May 07, 2004, 07:24:02 PM »
I've read the details of the BART CD and it appears to be great, almost everthing that someone with a crashed/infected system would want. But it does appear to be pitched at the multi-user administrator.

Before anyone says no it is'nt, just look at the price!!!

Avast maybe should have a Lite versions aimed at the single home user

The reason the price is so high is the licencing fee that has to be paid to micr$oft for each version out there... and to recoup the development costs.

You can apply for a trial version here

to try it.  Full working version, but with no A/V def updates.

It is a great product that I use every few days and recommend.

Can you please post whatever feedback the application page is giving you to here?
Whatever information is giving you the impression that it does not like your email address is the sort of thing.

Maybe one of the Mods can advise if there is restrictions on some mail services?
