Well... Avast is a very good product. It should also be reflected in other good products like K9. After all the two works perfectly in tandem.

My thanks also to the forumers who emailed Blue Coat about this.

As I wrote earlier: If you want to be on the absolute safe side, put avast.com into the whitelist (always allow) of K9, so a false rating from BlueCoat for avast won't affect you again.
