windows 7 and avast home

question
 is avast for home free edition, suitable with windows 7 premium

Yes, avast! does support Windows 7, there are many users here that are running it without issues.

P.S. Just as long as you make sure your previous antivirus is completely removed before installing avast!
It may be necessary to use a relevant uninstaller...
