Grats, and this is all-to-common with lesser AV products, specifically ones with nearly zero packer support. I think most trojan dorks out there use some sort of packer, and umm, Norton has like support for 4% of them.
Avast is lightyears ahead of Norton in those regards.. Now for some heuristics. (ahhah vlk, had to say it)
