oh you don't ? that's unfortunately what you seem to be doing most of the time, you're the official thread spammer here, boring, unpleasant (and not just with me), and useless. I'm just pissed off with you kenny yo, stfu already!  >:(  Glad you could find a definition of "elaborate", although that doesn't seem to help you that much  :D

edit: I think I spotted a new member who just reached 20 posts , time to tell him about his sig and spec, you got some work to do at least  ::) ...you're not that retired after all  ;D

Freedom of Speech is every ones inherent right even if you don't like it

It also applies to the cyber world

Based on John Stuart Mill's arguments, freedom of speech today is understood as a multi-faceted right that includes not only the right to express, or disseminate, information and ideas, but three further distinct aspects:

the right to seek information and ideas;
the right to receive information and ideas;
the right to impart information and ideas.

The World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Declaration of Principles adopted in 2003 makes specific reference to the importance of the right to freedom of expression for the "Information Society" in stating:

"We reaffirm, as an essential foundation of the Information Society, and as outlined in Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, that everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; that this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers. Communication is a fundamental social process, a basic human need and the foundation of all social organisation. It is central to the Information sSSociety. Everyone, everywhere should have the opportunity to participate and no one should be excluded from the benefits of the Information Society offers."
