ive got a trojan and i dont know how to get rid of it

this is the file that is infected and i cant get rid of it i have avast and i have windowss defender. but avast wont move it to the chest it says that im curently using it, and i just cant get rid of it what do i do it says its sall malaware but its also a trojan horse. it sais that it is curently being accesed by another process. give me inputs

Trojans need to be killed outside of windows (You need Avast to run the Boot scan). That is where to contain or destroy a Trojan. Open Avast and set it to boot scan the c: drive
